Before you start:

1. Read the instructions carefully.

2. Work over a sink or a surface covered in layers of newspaper (just in case).

3. Only re-fill a cartridge that has just run out ~ this kit will not work with old dried out cartridges. Even 30 minutes can ruin a cartridge if it dries out!

4. Have your printer manual handy for instructions on inserting a “new” cartridge.

BJI-643, BJI-643C, BJI-643M, BJI-643Y
BLACK, CYAN, MAGENTA, YELLOW

1. Hold cartridge with the filling hole upwards, insert the tip of the steel filling tube ONLY through the rubber seal and inject up to 40ml of ink.
IMPORTANT – Insertion too far may puncture the internal bladder of the cartridge.
2. Air bubbles must NOT be injected into the cartridge as they may cause irregular printing. If air is introduced it should be withdrawn by careful sucking with the syringe.
3. Leave cartridge to stand overnight on a protective, non-absorbent surface.

IMPORTANT:
For best results, cartridge should be refilled whilst some ink remains
Empty cartridges should be refilled immediately.
This work is best done over the sink.
